Benjamin Franklin once said… "If you would not be forgotten, as soon as you are dead and rotten, either write things worth reading, or do things worth the writing.“ Well, why do you want to write about the event you picked?

What is an autobiography? An autobiography is information about one's own life written by that one person. In it, it tells what that person's life is all about. When writing your own autobiography, use interesting facts to explain as much about yourself as you can.

How will we organize our paper? 1 st Paragraph: - Here we will introduce ourselves and talk about what our paper will be about 2 nd Paragraph: - Talk about yourself before the event 3 rd Paragraph” - Talk about yourself during the event & start to show change 4 th Paragraph: - Tell the reader how the even changed you for the better or worse Conclusion: - Sum up your introduction and leave a closing statement

Let start our prewriting… Sequence your paper in steps. What will happen first, second, third? Show it like this!

Now we have to draft During our drafting step we just write (very roughly). This will transform into our final draft after we are done revising and editing. This step will be due on November 5 th. You have 2 weeks to complete a rough draft of your autobiography.
