Surveys aren’t acceptable.

4 Walmart Community Foundation Grants http://foundation.walmart.com/apply-for-grants/local-giving Grant period runs from Feb. 1 – Dec. 31, 2015 Grants range from $250 to $2,500. K-12 public or private school, charter school, community/junior college, state/private college or university are eligible. Applications completed and submitted online. Facility manager and grant administrator can adjust the amount awarded. No strings attached and no follow-up paperwork—only a picture in the local paper. Lin Hatch said you could apply for a grant at any Walmart or Sam’s Club where your students shop, but I have only gotten grants funded from our local Walmart. The others have been denied.

7 Donorschoose.org http://www.donorschoose.org/teachers How it works You decide your needs and describe how they'll benefit your students. People, companies, and foundations can help fund your request. Once funded, they send the resources directly to your classroom. You start out with three points, but earn more with each funded project. The number of points used per project depends on the cost of the project.
