8. Orient Star Sales Team Sales Team
Every Orient Star office has its own Sales and Customer Service Team. Their duties are to follow up with sales leads, sales call and make customer visits.
Indoor Sales Program
Orient Star has introduced an Indoor Sales Program this year. This is a two way sales approach for increasing customer base. We get shippers’ contact from routing orders. From them, we get freehand cargoes and try to obtain consignee information for other nomination business. Feedback of this program has been very positive.
