Investigating energy technologies - films People around the world are using different energy technologies to make their lives better. Find out about what people needed and how the energy technology helped, by watching the film and answering the questions below. With your group you will have five minutes to give a spoken presentation to the rest of the class about the film. Instructions Find the film which your group is going to work on. Watch the film and answer the questions below about it. You may need to watch the film more than once to answer the questions. Work with your group to agree the answers to tell the rest of the class. Decide in your group who will address which question in the presentation. Questions 1.Where in the world does the film take place? 2.What kind of energy technology is being used in the film? 3.How does this energy technology work? 4.How is this improving peoples’ lives? 5.How does this technology affect the local and global environment? 6.Would this technology be useful where we live and why/why not? 7.What other interesting facts did you learn? 8.What can you learn about your own way of life from this film?
