2 The Solution:  Test forms and tests results can be stored in DA  The Workspace form in DA Document Manager can be used to include additional information about a test or the results

3 Use of Dates:  Using the Date Processed will save a lot of time when looking for a quick answer to when a test was actually completed Document Title:  Client's Last Name & First Initial Keywords:  Client’s Social Security Number

4 User Defined Tag 1:  Needs Attention - For quick to do lists User Defined Tag 2:  Results Needed - Uncheck this box once the results are in and add the test results to the end of the existing document for fast and easy reconciliation Passwords:  Use passwords to protect the drug tests and financial items

5 Case Categories:  DNA Test  Drug Test  And Financial Categories

6 Subcategories:  Hair Follicle Test  Urine Test  Blood Test  Legal  Monthly Bill  Receipts  Reference

7 Value Proposition:  It is now possible to manage larger number of tests because of the time savings  Tracking test results that were never received now takes only a moment  Locking filing cabinets are no longer necessary for confidential drug testing results
