Nuremberg Trials 1945-46 -Rudolf Hess Deputy Fürer until 1941. Flew to England to try and negotiate peace – it failed and was arrested. -Life Imprisonment -Karl Dönitz In charge of the German navy and became President of Germany after Hitler’s suicide -10 Years in Prison -Hermann Göring Leader of the German Air Force and original leader of the secret police -Sentenced to death but committed suicide before execution -Albert Speer Hitler’s advisor and Minister of Armaments (loose connections to slave labor) -20 Years in Prison
