Protein is in many foods, such as meat, dairy, and grain. Protein has a big part with your muscles and your physical activity. You have to have a certain number of protein to your body to work well. (look at the chart to see how much protein you need.) Protein is essential for your health and you need protein as well as foods that are on my plate.
