13. Lessons Learnt Challenge in accessing an open source application developer with DRUPAL background – not many specialist in the region. Designing and putting things into application is two different things all together and is time consuming Commitment from all levels - Despite the signed commitments made by leaders supporting the free sharing of energy data and information in the PRDR SE4ALL initiative – What ever happens on the ground level is of a different story. Mutual agreements, Standard MOUs or enforcement through legislation has its application depending on country.
