Corporate Presentation February 2014 TSX.V:GNG Exploring Mexico for Gold and Silver 50km

2 Overview  Golden Goliath Resources (TSX Venture – GNG.V) ■Focused on exploration and development of gold and silver resources in the Sierra Madre Occidental Mountains of Northwestern Mexico ■Controls properties in the historic Uruachic Mining District which is notable for numerous gold and silver mines dating to the Spanish Colonial era ■Wholly owns all of its claims in the Uruachic District – there are no outstanding options or purchase payments to be made

3 Investment Thesis  100% ownership of all claims with no further property payments required ■The asset ownership of most junior mining companies is governed by option agreements with substantial payments  Full flexibility to develop, option out, invite others to option in or sell assets  Control of entire Uruachic District ■Measures 15 by 25 kilometers  Stable politics and favorable regulatory and tax regimes in Mexico

4 Strategy  Golden Goliath’s exploration strategy is to ■Develop its portfolio of prospects ■Apply modern exploration techniques ■Seek mineralization near old workings, using surface exploration to identify targets 50 km RAILWAY Sierr Madre Gold Silver Belt

5 Gold and Silver Prospects  Within Uruachic Camp ■San Timoteo ■Las Bolas ■Nopalera ■Reforma ■Oteros ■Nueva Union  Outside Uruachic Camp ■Chamizal ■La Cruz 4 km Reforma San Timoteo Nopalera Oteros Las Bolas Nueva Union Corona Rio Oteros La Barranca

6 Uruachic Mining Camp  Golden Goliath’s 8,400 hectares of land are located in one of the most prolific gold and silver producing regions in the world  The Uruachic Mining Camp hosts some of the Sierra Madre’s largest and most intense alteration zones  Key attributes include ■A ready workforce ■Year-round road access ■Infrastructure in place ■Prolific mining history ■Fully permitted operation ■Support from the local population ■Historically high production grades – from 2,200.0 – 17,000.0 g/t Ag and up to 31.1 g/t Au

7 San Timoteo / Sucursal Area  Includes several claims totaling 793 hectares in north central Uruachic Camp ■San Timoteo ■San Timoteo II ■Oro Leon ■Las Trojas ■Bufalo B

8 San Timoteo / Sucursal Area  Sucursal Area is underlain by Dacite overlying Porphyritic Andesite  Northeast-trending structures  Formation is cut with intensely altered dacitic volcanics and minor sedimentary rocks with intrusive bodies  Stockwork veining is extensive in some areas  Numerous old mine workings including the San Martin mine which was the only old mine in the Uruachic camp large enough to have had rail tracks  In 2008 three diamond drill holes targeted the Sucursal structure.  All three drill holes intersected the mineralized structure  2013 Exploration program included rehabilitation and detailed mapping and sampling of all of the San Martin Mine Levels  2013 program defined three high grade subvertical structures as well as mineralized Manto zones  Drilling below the 500 level anticipated Geology►Exploration Program►

Following graduation, he conducted Caldera Reconnaissance Programs for Cominco Ltd. in both British Columbia and the Sierra Madre Occidental range in Northern Mexico, spending a number of years in Cominco's Guadalajara office. Changes in the foreign investment laws made investment in Mexico feasible, and Mr. Sorbara was one of the first Canadians to go there. With help from his numerous Mexican geological contacts, he started his own private Mexican exploration company, Minera Delta S.A. de C.V. which after eight years he took public as Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. Stephen Pearce (also a Director) Stephen Pearce, CFO, is a practicing lawyer who specializes in corporate and securities work. He serves as a director and officer of several resource-related public companies. Mr. Pearce has a Law degree from the University of British Columbia and an economics degree from York University. Ing. Daniel Nofrietta Fernandez (also a Director) Ing. Nofrietta is a Mexican national who studied geology both in Mexico and the United States. He has worked as exploration manager for several large international companies throughout Mexico and has a vast knowledge of the Sierra Madre Occidental region. He has also taught at the University of Chihuahua and is former President of the Chihuahua chapter of the Association of Professional Geologists, Geochemists and Metallurgists of Mexico.

He was instrumental in convincing Agnico-Eagle of the potential of its Pinos Altos epithermal gold-silver project in Chihuahua, and is currently managing the exploration and evaluation program at Pinos Altos while evaluating other mining opportunities in Mexico. A graduate of Queen's University with a B.Sc. with Honours in geological engineering and an M.Sc. in geology from Carleton University, Mr. Legault is also a licensed professional engineer in both Ontario and Quebec, and served on the CIM committee that developed the Estimation of Mineral Resources and Mineral Resources Best Practice Guidelines. Andrew MacGregor Robertson Dr. Robertson was one of the founding partners of the international mining and geotechnical consulting firm SRK. In 1995, he left SRK to found the mining geotechnical engineering firm Robertson Geoconsultants Inc. He is also the founder and Chairman of INFOMINE Inc., the operators of the premier mining information site on the Internet - InfoMine.com. Dr. Robertson was a key figure in the start up of Gemcom Software International Inc. (GSI), and since its inception has been active in the strategic direction of the Company. GSI has become one of the leading developers and suppliers of exploration, reserve calculation, mining engineering and planning software.
