5  Increase active membership  Active members defined as attending two ICs a semester and Annual Session  New delegations to have 3 members  Minimum delegation size 5 members  Optimal delegation size 8-10 members  Awesome delegation size 15 + members  Delegation goal to have 144-180 active members  Current delegations in need of assistance  UNC-Chapel Hill

9  Alumni are our greatest resource  Reconnect with Alumni  Invite Alumni to Session Banquet  Form comprehensive list of current Alumni  Possibly charter an official Alumni Association

10  What is it?  A group of individuals that advise the organization in its activities.  Comprised of prominent individuals and alumni.  Will revive the Board of Advisors this year
