United States of America In the southern portion of the United States cooks take pride in their fried chicken dishes. The chicken is covered with a thick flour coating and deep fried.

Mexico A Mexican recipe for chicken cooks the chicken in a chocolate chili sauce and is served over rice.

Bolivia In Bolivia, you will find chicken finely chopped and mixed with mayonnaise and avocado served inside an avocado shell.
