Every Spiritual Blessing “Blessed be the God and Father” Blessed (ε ὐ λογητός, eulogetos), Adjective – One worthy of praise or commendation Luke 1:68, Rom. 9:5

Every Spiritual Blessing “Every spiritual blessing” Spiritual blessings Things of a spiritual realm. We may receive physical blessings (cf. Matt. 6:11, Jas. 4:13-16, Rom. 1:10 ) but our focus and greater blessings are spiritual.

Every Spiritual Blessing “In heavenly places” Things of the spiritual realm. Found only in Ephesians: 1:3 – every spiritual blessing 1:20 – Christ at right hand 2:6 – we sit together 3:10 – God wisdom known 6:12 – our warfare against wickedness

Every Spiritual Blessing “Every spiritual blessing” (4-14) “Just as He chose us in Him…” (vs.4) God’s plan implemented before the foundation of the world. That we should be holy and without blame

Every Spiritual Blessing “Every spiritual blessing” (4-14) Through His grace, “He made us accepted in the Beloved…” (vs.6) Jesus was His accepted sacrifice

Every Spiritual Blessing “Every spiritual blessing” (4-14) “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins” (vs.7-8) Our forgiveness is a product of His grace

Every Spiritual Blessing “Every spiritual blessing” (4-14) “Having made known to us the mystery of His will…” (vs.9-10) He revealed His plans to us to obtain life and godliness and bring about unity

Every Spiritual Blessing “Every spiritual blessing” (4-14) “In Him also we have obtained an inheritance…” (vs.11-12) A reward in heaven. Our blessings not limited to this life.

Every Spiritual Blessing “Every spiritual blessing” (4-14) “You were sealed us with the Spirit of promise…” (vs.13- 14) A guarantee of our inheritance. The Holy Spirit is a demonstration of God’s blessings.

We are truly blessed in Him! Will we bless Him because of this?
