3. Fort Fund The Cultural Development & Programming and Tourism Accounts (Fort Fund) is funded by an allocation of the lodging tax revenues. Applications are reviewed by the Cultural Resources Board of the City of Fort Collins and recommendations to fund events are submitted to the Fort Collins City Council for final approval.

The Purpose of APP is to encourage and enhance artistic expression and art appreciation while adding value to the Fort Collins community through acquiring, exhibiting and maintaining public art.
