FanBot is a fanning robot using High-speed DC Motor. Fan

1.Put 15mm Supports on Main Frame and fix with nuts. Put Small 3 Frame and Motor Guide on Main Frame and fix with 3x10 bolt, bolt and nuts. Assembling

2. Fix 7mm Supports to Contact Sensor Boards with bolts. Put LED Board on 7mm Support and fix with Nylon nuts. Assembling

3. Put Contact Sensor Board on Main Frame and fix with bolts and nuts. But for A1, A13, I1, I13, put 20mm Support under Main Frame and fix with nuts. Assembling

4. Fix 3x10 Bolts to Battery Case with nuts. Assembling

5. Fix 20mm Support to Small 8 Frame with bolts then fix Small 8 Frame to Main Frame. Put Battery Case under Main Frame and fix with nuts. Assembling

6. Connect 2 40mm Support then fix it to Motor Guide with 3x10 Bolt. Put Support that is fixed to Main Frame on CPU Board and fix with bolts. Assembling

7. Fix Motor Frame to Middle Frame with bolts. Fix 30mm Support as putting Middle Frame in between. Assembling

8. Fix High-speed DC Motor to Motor Frame that is fixed to Middle Frame with bolts. Fix DC Motor and DC Motor Drive Board to Support that is fixed to Middle Frame with nuts and bolts. Assembling

9. Put Middle Frame on Support that is fixed to Motor Guide and fix with Nylon nut. Assembling

10. Fix 20mm Support to Wheel Guide and Small 5 Frame with a bolt and a Nylon nut. Insert Wheel Guide to DC Motor axle then fix Small 5 Frame to Support that is fixed to Small 8 Frame with a Nylon nut. Assembling

11. Fix Motor Frames to High-speed DC Motor then put Remocon Receiving Board on it and fix with bolts. Assembling

12. Put 7mm Supports on a Wheel Guide and fix with 3x10 Bolts. Assembling

13. Just insert Option Frames to Support that is fixed to a Wheel Guide (not fixing with bolts or nuts) and fix with 3x10 Bolts and Nylon nuts. Assembling

14. Stick Double-stick tapes to Option Frame then stick Fan Wings. Insert Wheel Guide to DC Motor axle. Assembling

15. Connect Power Cable of Battery Case to Power Connector of CPU Board. Connect High-speed DC Motor and DC Motor cable to DC Motor Drive Board A, B. Assembling

16. Connect 3Pin Cable to OUT Port 1, 2, 3, 4 of CPU Board and LED Board. Connect 3Pin Cable to OUT Port 5, 6, 7, 8 of CPU Board and 1, 2, 3, 4 of DC Motor Drive Board. Assembling

17. Connect 3Pin Cable to IN Port 1, 2, 3, 4 of CPU Board and Contact Sensor Board. Connect 3Pin Cable to IN Port 7 of CPU Board and Remocon Receiving Board. Assembling

18. Completed FanBot. Assembling
