1. FAMOUS MIGRANTS

2. You are going to work in groups. Every group has four people. You are going to do some research about 1 of these 5 famous migrants: – Former Queen Sofía of Spain – Sofia Vergara – Pau Gasol – Arnold Schwarzenegger – Lupita Nyong’O

3. Every group finds information about the migrant in the worksheets. Where is he/she living now? Where was he/she born? When did he/she migrate? Why did he/she migrate?

4. Every group invents a mock interview about the experience of this migrant. Ask questions about his/her life Ask questions about his/her migrations Ask questions about their feelings connected to the migrant experience.

5. Fill the storyboard worksheet about the interview. Write the questions and answers that you have thought for the interview on the provided storyboard worksheet.

6. Control the time of the interview. Be sure that the interview lasts from 3 to 4 minutes.

7. Record the interview using a mobile device Use a mobile device to record the mock interview. One person (or maybe more people) plays the role of the journalist and another person plays the role of the famous person.

8. Use the computer to edit the video. Use a computer. Transfer your recorded video to the computer and edit the video using a video editor like moviemaker, magisto, etc.

9. Present the interview to the class Present your video to the class, you can use the digitalboard.
