2 Research Purpose 1. Provide a visual representation to the true magnitude of crime in St. Louis. Are crime rankings that portray St. Louis as “One of the Most Dangerous” cities valid? How does St. Louis compare to similar cities? Where are the most significant crime areas in St. Louis? When are most crimes occurring? 2. Provide an analysis of crime in St. Louis to help better understand any underlying causes & trends that can be used to generate alternative strategies
