2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Program “International Economic Law” has been started since 2008. This Program is designated to prepare lawyers for private and public sectors. The education process is effectuated in accordance with the direction 521400 “Jurisprudence” (qualification – master of law with foreign language skills). Apprenticeship term is 2 years. The Program contemplates full-time education. One foreign language study is one of the compulsory point of the Program. The course is taught in line with the best traditions of the Russian Higher School with regard to the modern methods, new scientific achievements and best practices of foreign universities. The academic activity includes not only seminars and lectures directed by MGIMO faculty but also master classes and workshops which are conducted by lawyers from leading Russian and foreign companies.
