Causes of Migraines Some of the main causes of these headaches are food, stress, bright lights, sounds, changes in sleep pattern, physical activity, and certain medications.

Symptoms Migraines usually cause moderate to severe pain on one or both sides of the brain, pain that worsens with physical activity, nausea with or with out vomiting and sensitivity to lights and sounds.

Area of the Nervous System Effected The brain is mostly effected by this as pressure builds up and causes blurred vision and dizziness.

People Effected by this Disease Anyone can be susceptible to Migraines but usually they start at the teenage to twenty year old range.

Prognosis You can live with Migraines but it can take your performance away from things some ways to prevent them are avoid certain foods, sleep regularly, and exercise regularly
