4.  (Harrison).  (“United States”).  When you do not have a page number, like with a website, then you just put the first word (or words) of the citation in the parenthetical citation (including quotation marks). With a book source you will have a page number. Your journal sources may or may not have a page number.  You may shorten a website or journal article title or use the whole thing. Use your best judgment.
