Pass all of your current classes. Pass all 22 required credits. Avoid potential loss of credit due to attendance issues. No appeal no credit. Appeal is due 1 week from letter. Avoid inappropriate behavior, pranks or actions that will prevent you from walking with your class.

Thursday, May 7th, 2015 from 6-8 pm in the Auditorium Invitations will be given out today to students who will be recognized. To recognize scholarship & departmental award winners Parents/Guardians and Family are welcome to attend All seniors should attend to support and recognize their fellow Classmates Meet your award donors in person Practice will be on May 7 th during 3 rd hour (invites only)

All books and other items need to be returned and student fees must be paid by the end of the school day on May 15th, 2015. Before or after school or during lunch only!! If you have questions, please go to Ms. Rico in the Book Store. Senior Checkout was given to you as you came into this meeting. The sheets need to be completed and turned in turn to counseling by 2:15 pm on Friday, May 15 th.

Any outstanding credits due to the Registrar by May 14th, 2015 Official transcript must be submitted to the registrar by this date. If you have outside credits check your transcript to see if the credit shows. If not see your counselor.

May 18 th, 2015 (MANDATORY) Graduation Breakfast 7:30 am to 8:15 am Practice 8:20 am to 10:45 am ▪ Line-up Practice (New Gym and Football Field) Cap and Gown Distribution 10:45 am ▪ Non-grads may pick up on Wednesday, May 20th May 19 th, 2015 – Graduation 5:30pm- UOP Stadium Students arrive 4:30 pm sharp with Cap & Gown

You are required to be at the Graduation Breakfast and Line-up Practice on May 18th, 2015, at 7:30 am. If you do not attend and participate in the Breakfast & Line-up, you will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.

You will receive your Cap and Gown at the end of the Practice on May 18th, 2015. Pick up your Cap & Gown at the tables in the new gym. Hang up your Cap and Gown and spray with water to get the wrinkles out.

May 19th, 2015 at 5:30 pm University of Phoenix Stadium 1 Cardinals Drive Glendale, AZ 85305 Ceremony begins at 5:30 pm (Students arrive at 4:30 pm) ALL parking for will be in East side (Green/Grey Lots) and guests enter Gate #3. Lots open at 4:30 pm. Graduates will enter at Gate #2.

Graduates are welcome to invite all family and friends. Doors open at 4:30 pm. Entrance is at Gate #3 for all guests. Graduates enter through gate 2.

Dress, Dress Pants, Blouse, Low-Heel Dress Shoes strongly recommended. No Spikes, No Athletic Shoes or Flip-Flops (Dress Sandals are permitted) Beware of hair styles or clips that will not fit under your cap. Hair pins recommended. Official school medallions, lapel pins and honor cords may be worn with the gown. No flowers, sashes or additions to gown allowed. Leave your purses in the car.

A photographer will be taking photographs at the Graduation Ceremony. Pre-order forms were sent home in the packet 8 free wallets for pre- ordering online Additional prints and packages will be available to order online.

Students/parents can purchase a video of the graduation ceremony for $35.00 Form was in your packet that went home last week. Pay online using credit card, or Paypal Or Pay the day of graduation using cash, check or credit card.
