3. A Sound card is an internal computer component that processes audio files. A sound card plays voice as well as music files, and can handle various audio file formats. The typical sound card has an interface available at the back of the computer with various input and output ports.

Headphones are a pair of small loudspeakers, held close to a user's ears and connected to a signal source such as an audio amplifier, radio, CD player or portable media player.
