2. What is it? A system used for simplifying the process of scheduling and selecting courses for students and professors. A place where advisors can look up student’s progress and make recommendations for what courses students should enroll in, also can update student’s information.

3. What is it? (cont.) A place for students to select/drop courses for the next three semesters based on what they already took. A place for professors to choose which courses they would like to teach in future semesters.

4. Problems With Current Systems They are not easy for users to navigate quickly and efficiently. They use ineffective algorithms, that bog down systems when multiple users are logged in at once. They use closed source modules that are impossible to modify by IT professionals.

5. Why use it? All the information that are necessary to make informed decisions are in one easy to access and understand location. Students can quickly track their academic progress and view courses they have completed, choose from a list of offered courses to register or drop them according to their needs. Advisors can help students track their academic progress, through the use of an intuitive interface that displays the most important information for making the best recommendations.

6. Why use it? (cont.) Professors can quickly find courses that are available for teaching with an easy to use interface. All users login through the same portal making maintenance and administration a simple task.

7. Free Technical Support Line The application comes with one year of free technical support which can dramatically reduce downtime. Administrators can call in to talk to a live representative who will assist them with setup, maintenance, and other general questions.
