Upper Body exercises: Bench Press Bicep Curl

Bench Press Equipment includes: A barbell, weights, and a bench. Bench press is a weight lift that can provide muscular strength and endurance to our triceps and pectoral muscles. The exercise is done by depressing the weight to the chest and pushing it back up by extending at the elbows.

Bench Press Important subjects when approaching the bench press: Grip Back flat Breathing Push It is also important to use a spotter for this exercise.

Fitness PE Bench Press Depending on personal goals different weight, repetitions, and sets can be utilized. This class will first focus on endurance based exercise for bench press. It is recommended to complete 4 sets of 10 repetitions with a comfortable weight.

Bicep Curls Equipment: weighted dumbbells or barbell. A bicep curl is a weight lift that can improve muscular strength and endurance of the bicep muscle. This exercise is done by flexing at the elbow to curl the weight to the shoulder then extended at the elbow to bring the weight back down to the body.

Bicep Curls Important cues: Straight back Elbow close to body Up Down Mirrors are a great tool for this exercise to ensure proper form.
