8.  Tough problems or questions that have to do with morality and ethics are known as Ethical Dilemmas.  There are ALWAYS potential “right” and “wrong” answers.  When a business makes a decision that weighs it’s morals and values against it’s profitability, it runs into a Ethical Dilemma.

10. In business, there is a model that we can follow in order to make the BEST decision possible.

11.  Who will be Helped by the decision?  Who will be Harmed by the decision?  What are the pros of the decision?  What are the cons of the decision?  Will the decision survive the test of time?
