FAQs My student’s precourse work is showing as incomplete even though their Jones & Bartlett Learning account says it is complete… It is most likely that the student has used two separate email addresses to register for the course and redeem their access code. The PEPP database is linked by email address only, so it is very important that students use the same email address throughout the course registration process. To verify that this has occurred, select the “Open Roster” tab in your CC account and search for the student using their first and last name. If you find precourse work for the student using a second email address, confirm the email with the student and then select the “Add to Course” link. Once they are added to your roster, you can remove the record with the incomplete precourse work from the roster. They should only be listed on the roster once. How can you add a student to a course roster? Students can be added manually to a roster in one of two ways: the “Add a Student” dropdown on the course roster Searching the “Open Roster” tab When you add a student to a roster this way, you are searching the PEPP database for their completed precourse work. Students can only be added in this manner if they have already redeemed their access code for their online precourse work.
21
FAQs The Course Coordinator would like to be copied on the course completion certificate emails that are sent to their students… Login to your Course Coordinator account and select the “Profile” tab. At the very bottom of the page check the box that says you would like to be copied on all emails associated with your rosters. Once the box is checked, save the changes to your account. A student has redeemed their access code for the incorrect course type… Have the student contact the PEPP office directly at pepp@aap.org or (800)433-9016, ext. 4795 and AAP staff will update it to the correct course type for them. pepp@aap.org Have other questions not mentioned during the webinar? Visit the “FAQ” tab on PEPPSite.com, for help with common questions.
