3. To begin the discharge medication ordering process, select the “Reorder” button, which will bring up a reorder screen you can use to select the medications.

4. #1. Select “Active” in the Status Filter #2. Select “Pharmacy” in the Selection Filter. #3. Select the “Find Orders” Button #4. Select the boxes and check as needed. Click OK.

8. #1. Fill in dispense number #2. Fill in refill number #3. Click OK.

9. #1. Change session to “discharge” #2. Click submit and enter password Note Discharge icon

10. Printing Prescriptions  Four prescriptions will print on each page.  Sign each prescription.  For controlled medications, include your DEA number.  If necessary, write “medically necessary”.  Printing will occur on the printer configured for the computer you use.
