17 Conclusions  Voice will be still the first revenue for the operators in the coming future.  Mobile messaging service will play an important role on operators’ revenue.  Multifunctional Mobile messaging will make life easier  SMS is currently the dominant messaging service  MMS is said to be the offspring of SMS  Mobile IM enables the feature “see before connect”  Wireless email enhances the mobility of email service
