Conclusions Voice will be still the first revenue for the operators in the coming future. Mobile messaging service will play an important role on operators’ revenue. Multifunctional Mobile messaging will make life easier SMS is currently the dominant messaging service MMS is said to be the offspring of SMS Mobile IM enables the feature “see before connect” Wireless email enhances the mobility of email service
