1. Why is it important for me to register for GCASH?
You must register to be able to transfer the GCASH you received to another mobile or to do a cash-out transaction and to do other GCash transactions like Cash-in, etc.
2. Are there any limits to the amount of transactions?
Yes. P40,000 total cash in and cash out for the day and P100,000 for the month.
(GCash partners have bigger wallet limit)

2. 3. You must report the loss of your phone promptly to Customer Service. You can still claim your G-Cash provided it has not yet been claimed at the time
the loss is reported. In reporting the loss, please specify that you have a G-Cash wallet and that you want it blocked. Once properly reported, Globe will
block access to the G-Cash wallet. You may then go to any Globe Business Center or Globelines Payment and Service Center (please see list of Globe
Business Centers Globelines Payment Centers) and present a valid ID (please see list of Valid ID’s) in order to unblock the access and claim your G-
Cash. The frontliner will validate your identification. If you can successfully answer all validation questions, you may cash-out your G-Cash wallet
balance or transfer the balance to a new Prepaid SIM.
4. Please ensure first that the recipient of your G-Cash is an active number, and please advise your beneficiary to claim the G-Cash promptly. If the number
you sent GCash to is expired, your beneficiary will have go to a Globe Business Center or Globelines Payment and Service Center so he can claim the
remittance. You cannot claim back the amount from the cash-in outlet.

3. What if I lose my phone? Can I still claim my GCASH?
YES, You must report the loss of your phone promptly to Customer Service. You CAN still claim your GCash provided it has not yet been claimed at the time the loss is reported. Go to any business center and present valid ID.
4. Is there an expiration date on my GCASH and MPIN?
There is no expiration date on your GCASH while the MPIN expires every ten years.
5. Can a Plan holder register to GCASH?
Yes. The only thing the subscriber can not do is to send load to himself.
