2 Schedule an appointment on any device We’ve made it easier for customers to schedule their work with at Safelite.com. They can now schedule an appointment on any device without the need to download an app., and they can complete the entire process online.

3 My damage We’ve simplified the process of choosing what service best fits the customer’s need – windshield repair, windshield replacement, or side or back window replacement. Customers have the ability to watch educational videos to help make the best decision for their auto glass needs.

4 My vehicle Customers first select for their vehicle, by entering a VIN or year, make and model.

5 Find my glass We’ve enhanced the part selection process with visuals to help the customer select the correct glass. They can more easily select a green tint or a blue tint, for example.

6 My quote Customers now have the ability to save or share their quote. They can also tab between cash quote and submitting a claim with their insurer.

7 My appointment We’ve enhanced the scheduling process to provide a 5-day view of available appointments. Customers can tab between mobile and in shop appointment calendars.

8 My summary Customers now have the ability to review their appointment and add wiper blades before submitting their request.

9 Manage your appointment through the Customer Portal Customers can log-on to their private online account to manage their appointment and make changes as needed.
