A way to connect with friends and business associates. A free social networking resource accessible across the globe. An internet site that provides space to share interests, links, and connections between consumers and businesses. All of the above. What is Facebook?
5
Not Exactly… Although Facebook can be used as a way to connect with friends and colleagues, that is just one potential use…
6
Close… but there’s more Facebook IS a free resource available across the globe. Anyone with an email address and access to a computer can be a part of Facebook. There are Facebook users in countries as a close as Canada and far as Tanzania! In the US alone there are over 130 million regularly active Facebook users. However, Facebook is more than just a free social networking resource.
7
Not there yet… Facebook is a great resource for sharing information but it can be used for more than that!
8
CONGRATULATIONS … You are correct!!! CORRECT – All of these answers are true! Although originally created as a personal social networking site, Facebook has become an excellent resource for formulating business connections. It allows users to connect to important new contacts, quickly access information regarding other organizations or potential partners, and distribute and disseminate information regarding initiatives and resources. Facebook is popular not only across the United States but all over the world, providing a unique opportunity to interface with potential consumers and business connections without cost or great effort.
