Pre Assignment Attendees will recieve a pre assignment to introduce themselves by selecting pictures that represent transformation for them : Where do we come from? Where are we today? What is our future? The pictures of the pre assignment will be used to make the Tranformation opening video of the conference There will be an opening/introduction game to get to know each other (lot of new atttendees) and to discuss together on transformation. Memory game? Find the matching card/picture/person Pictures of pre assignment also in posters; to be used as decoration, will be there during the conference 4

Share Dorel Juvenile Vision and Strategy Dorel Juvenile Vision and Strategy will be drawn up by Sketching maniacs prior to the conference Visual of 1 by 3 mtrs Jean-Claude will take the audience through the vision and strategy along this visual. There will be a beamer to make sure everyone can see the visuals The visual will be used in later communication on the Dorel Juvenile strategy 5 example Monday

Gamechangers & Strategic directions by pillar Pillar heads will present their vision on major trends in their area of responsibility and require transformation of the business What does this mean for the overall strategy What does this mean for their pillar What will be the key priorities in relation to the strategy 15-20 minutes each 6 Monday
