Window Treatments Window coverings help control the environment in a home. They regulate the amount of light, muffle noise, insulate, and provide privacy.

Other window coverings… Both curtains and draperies sometimes have a Valance. A short piece of decorative material placed across the top of a window to add a finishing detail. Valance Swag or scarf Cornice Lambrequins

Shutters oOnce used solely to keep out heat and cold, now shutters are used to give a simple uncluttered look to a window and work well with traditional decors. oVertical sections of wood or manufactured material hinged together.
