1  100,000 men, women and children are currently on the waiting list for an organ.  Everyone can potentially be a donor  Every 11 minutes someone is added to the organ waiting list  One person’s organ Donation could save 30 people or more  Organ and tissue Donation can offer another person a second chance at life

2 Some of the organs that are commonly donated are :  Kidneys  Eyes (cornea)  Heart  Lungs  Liver  Pancreas  Skin  And much more !!!

3 If you would like to be an organ and or a tissue donor tell those closest to you about your decision. You can fill out an organ donor card or check the box on your drivers license renewal form. At the time of your death your family will be asked to give consent on your behalf.

4 Transplanted with a liver, bowel, stomach and pancreas at age 5.5 months, Sarah has a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records as the youngest multi-organ recipient. Successful Transplant
