5 Arkansas River Corridor Master Plan
The Greater Tulsa Area communities recognize that the Arkansas River Corridor is an important natural resource that could be developed to stimulate immense private investment and greatly improve the quality of life for current and future generations.

6 Public/Private Development for Increased Recreation
Current O&M budgets inadequate to meet recreation demands. Seeking public partnerships/private investments to meet demands. Example: Skiatook Lake Cross Timbers Development

7 McClellan Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System 12 Foot Channel
Project authorized under PL in 2004. Currently 90% of the system is already 12 foot deep. Scope: Increase the minimum channel depth from 9 foot to 12 foot, modify the existing flow management plan, and perform channel maintenance dredging. Provide environmental mitigation.

FY07 ADA School Restationing, Increment 1: $138M BRAC Armed Forces Reserve Center Phase 1: $8.7M BRAC FY08 ADA School Restationing, Increment 2: $87M BRAC 31st ADA Brigade Restationing, Increment 1: $89M BRAC Armed Forces Reserve Center Phase 2: $34M BRAC Training Aids Center: $6M BRAC Modified Record Firing Range $2.85M MCA We have the design directives to begin on the FY07 projects. Louisville is the design/construction agent for the Reserve Center. From the preliminary design meeting on May 24, it is possible the 07 Reserve project will move to 08 and be designed concurrently with the larger armed forces reserve center project. The listing of projects is from the Predecisional FY08-13 POM (Program Objective Memorandum) listing dated 21 Aug 2006.
