General If no agreement can be found before the GRSP 56th meeting, GRSP should decide on the chairman proposal.

Interoperability Based on ISO N1083 fixture with recommended changes concerning the shape of the upper part for compatibility with airbag deployment after showing evidence of problem with data. Discussion to continue between OICA and CLEPA on their common table. The majority of the group validates an upper limit of at least 135 cm for universal booster seats. Side impact shall be perform with Q6 dummy until Q10 performance criteria are defined for lateral impact. The group agreed to authorise universal booster cushions greater than 125 cm provided that there are provisions in the text to validate that the head position of the child is located in the range of adult AF05 to AM50 [95] head position.

Dynamic behaviour Booster seats will be tested in frontal with Q3, Q6 and Q10 (depending of the declared size range) Performance criteria in frontal impact, for Q10 to be defined the 3rd of September based on EEVC WG12 report Booster seats will be tested in side impact with Q3 and Q6 (depending of the declared size range) until performance criteria for Q10 are defined for lateral impact. Universal Booster cushion will be tested in frontal with Q10 Booster cushion will not be tested in side impact for universal approval.

Actions OICA and CLEPA to work on their common table. OICA (and all) to provide data showing evidence or not, of issues with side airbag deployment H.A to circulate to the group the final report of EEVC WG12 (ASAP) H.A to circulate a proposal together with the chairman for performance criteria for Q10 in frontal impact Chairman and secretary to prepare a draft document including all pending issues for validation at the 46 th meeting
