Humanities Project #1: RAFT O This project was a writing assignment about the book that we read called Chains. O I learned how to better organize my thoughts and to think from another person’s point of view. O I chose this project because reading Chains gave me a different perspective on slavery. I also think this showcases my ability to write. O I will use what I learned from this project to write better in the future, and to inspire me to work for justice.

Humanities Project #2: Government Poster O This project was a poster on Congress. O I learned the role of Congress in the US Government. O I chose this project because I learned a lot about the US Government. O I will use what I learned about from this project to become a politician and someday the president.

President of the United States O I hope to become the President of the United States. O I want to be able to change the world and make it a better place. O I will need to be an awesome public speaker and good at communicating with others. O I will need to at least get a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.

Occidental College O Occidental College O Los Angeles, California O Three Fast Facts: O Established April 20, 1887 O 2, 123 Students O Colors are orange and black O Diverse, has a lot of joint programs, has great athletics, and a political science program. O Top 10% of my class, at least an 1800 on the SATs O Occidental has a great political science program that will help me to first get a major in political science. It also has partnership schools, such as Columbia University, where I can later pursue a Masters degree.
