What is a Crystal? A crystal is a fine stone with a unique shape color, and size. Also Crystals are thought to be made with perfection, and are transparent. Transparent: See through.

How are Crystals and Gems similar? First off they both are stones/rocks. Also they both have something special about them……… Like Crystals are known for crystal healing, and Gems are known for being made with perfection. Both Crystals and Gems, have there own unique shape and size.

What is the difference between a Crystal and a Gem? CrystalGem The difference between a crystal and a Gem is that a Gem is more of a shaped stone, and each and every Crystal has it’s own shape and it’s own model, to it. By that I mean, Gems have more of a shape to them, then crystals.

What determines the color of the Gem and how does the Gem sparkle? The bend of a mineral and the way the light bounces off of that bend.
