P(G) = 2/6 P(R) = 1/6 First ball (from 6) Second ball (from 5) P(G) = 2/5 P(R) = 1/5 then -> P(G n R) = 2/6 x 1/5 = 1/15 P(R n G) = 1/6 x 2/5 = 1/15 Either way there is a 1/15 chance of Green and Red The 2 events are not independent
