2. About our Roller coaster Our assignment was to create a roller- coaster that would make it to the end. Our materials were 3 pipe insulator tubes, tape, a marble and a cup. For decoration we used rulers, grams, containers and a Beanie Baby.

3. Constructing Our Roller Coaster The first time we tested it and it didn’t work. Then we adjusted the loop 3 times. It still didn’t work. Then we adjusted the turn at the end. Finally it worked!

4. What It Looks Like The roller coaster has a big drop into a loopy loop, then goes into a curve and a turn to make the marble end up in the cup.

5. What We Learned We learned that when we drop the marble the drop gravity is stronger than friction most off the time. We also learned that you need a lot of acceleration or gravity would stop the marble from going uphill and through the loop.
