4. About Us… Coach Mallam- Boys Coordinator I teach 6th-8th Grade Physical Education. I also coach 7th & 8th grade boy's athletics. I look forward to a promising school year. In my free time I enjoy running, working out, running/walking my dog Snoop and keeping myself in shape.

5. About Us Contd…. Coach Benton- Girls Coordinator Hi I’m Coach Benton, I am the Girls Athletics Coordinator, I teach 6-8 PE, and coach Girls Athletics 7/8 th grade. All sports. In my free time I enjoy watching my girls play soccer, and keeping myself in shape!!! I look forward to this year. Welcome to Calhoun!!!!

6. About Us Contd….. Coach Case-PE 6-8/ 8 th History, Girls Athletics Hello, my name is Scott Case. This will be my 3rd year at Calhoun Middle School and my 10th year overall. I will be teaching P.E., U.S. History as well as coaching 7th grade volleyball, 7th and 8th grade basketball, and track.

9. What is International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (IB- MYP) ? The MYP is: for students aged 11 to 16 a framework of academic challenge 8 subject groups, plus personal project in the final year. At CMS kids choose French or Spanish taught in any language Includes a community service requirement
