6.  The Assembly is the policymaking body of the Division.  The Assembly convenes only once a year at the Division's portion of the ABA Annual Meeting.  Assembly membership is comprised of two official voting delegates from each ABA-approved law school: ◦ ABA Representative ◦ Student Bar Association President  During the Assembly, delegates debate and vote on resolutions and issues of concern to law students, legal education, and the legal profession.
