What is required each month… Number of rooms available in the month So…if you have 10 rooms, and it is January, you have 10 x 31 room nights available = 310 Number of beds available in the month So…if you have double beds in each room, in January you have 20 x 31 = 620 bed nights available Rooms occupied in the month Total of the number of rooms occupied each night during the month. So if you have 5 rooms occupied on the first 10 nights of the month, and then you are empty for the rest of the month, total rooms occupied = 5 x 10 = 50

What is required each month… Beds occupied in the month Total of the number of beds occupied each night during the month. So if you have 5 rooms occupied on the first 10 nights of the month, and all of these have two people staying in them, total beds occupied = 5 x 2 x 10 = 100. Total Check-Ins in the month Total number of guest arrivals in the month. You only count guest arrivals once, when the check in. In the example above, if all the guests arrived on the first of the month, and stayed for 10 nights, the total number of check-ins would be 10. Total Room Revenue in the month Total room revenue during the month including VAT. Does not include extras such as food and beverages.
