A polar bear is 10 feet and 3 meters long They have thick white fur Polar bears are large (317 to 725 kilograms) They weigh pounds

Habitat Polar bears live on the ice of the Arctic coasts
They use their webbed front paws to swim in the cold water

Diet Polar bears eat seals, Fish and walruses
They wait by a seal breathing hole in the ice They attack when they spot their prey by ponding and breaking the ice

Place in the food chain Polar bears are one of the top predators in the Arctic. They eat seals walruses and fish polar bears are carnivores

Why is this animal endangered?
Polar bears are endangered because of global warming The ice is melting and they can’t hunt seals It is making the earth warmer We can help by making signs that says do not pollute which causes global warming

I have one dog and her name is Elsa and she likes to play ball but she can’t because she has an infection in her knee.
