Birmingham City Council 1.Supply small sites (suitable for building 3-6 units) 2.Provide architectural and planning services 3.Purchase 50% of completed homes as social housing 4.Assist with sourcing sustainable employment destinations for project beneficiaries

Target Outcomes and outputs 1.10 new houses per year constructed with a minimum of 5 becoming social housing 2.6-10 ex offenders per year provided with paid employment, coaching and mentoring and skill development 3.4 houses per year purchased by individuals who would otherwise be unable to access the property market 4.Reoffending rate of beneficiaries reduced to 10% 5.Savings to MOJ of circa £280k per year 6.Savings to BCC/DWP of circa £40k per year 7.Increased exchequer revenues through income tax
