4  This is using mathematics to find a model of a cancer-immune system interaction  Finding the Ordinary Differential equation can help us with finding our graph/model  We are focusing on Colorectal Cancer(colon cancer)  We would use this model to understand the tumor growth rate so that we can understand how to help the anti-tumor activity.  This will help explain how it is just not tumor growth within a normal cell but also how chemicals can play a role in growth rates

5  We will be using just the one and two equation models.  One equation models explain the growth rate  Two equation models explain the tumor cells and generic effector cells.  x=tumor cells and y=immune effective cells while z, w= cytokines and other cells  These are not well developed enough to create therapies from this.
