1. JOURNEY IN THE DEEP SEA Spring Break of 2011

2. A LONG DAY OF PACKING  The day before we leave we had to pack a lot. We had to take our fishing rods and reels. When you go to a fishing town like Cabo or Loreto etc. you can bring your rods in a tube. We put our reels in our suitcases with all our clothes.  We call the captain the same day and he told us what size irons we should use. You can use irons to reel them on the surface.  We had a nice dinner and went to be because we have to wake up early because we have to drive all the way up to LA.

3. A SHORT LITTLE DRIVE We woke up at about 5 A.M., we get in the car and we go to the gas station really quick to get a few drinks. We get on the freeway and leave. It was a disaster and I couldn’t sleep. My brother was giving me grief the whole time and did not let me sleep. He was bothering me like crazy. I put in my ipod and turned it up to the point were I can burn my speakers

4. ROAMING IN THE AIRPORT We get to the parking place so we can park and pick up a shuttle to take us through the giant airport which is LAX. We get to our plane section and go through security. We were starving for some breakfast. We went to a place with very good pancakes and bacon.. We were done and we grabbed a few snacks for the plain. We get on and we go.

5. OUR ARRIVAL We get to the airport and we get our luggage. We go outside to try to get a taxi and it was 90 degrees!!!!! My arms were burnt in the first ten minutes. We get a taxi and he drives us to our hotel we try to run upstairs as fast as we can so we can get to our room were its not hot. We enter our room and it was cold, thank god.

6. GETTING TO KNOW THE CITY We unpack all our things and meet the captain down stairs. He was a very cool guy and he was very nice to us. We went to go get to know the city and all the places. We went to go eat ad it was amazing. We get to the hotel and pass out because we have to wake up at 5 am.

7. FISHING We get to the dock and we get on the boat. We get our bait and start motoring out to the fishing grounds. We drop our baits in the water. ZZZZZZZZZZZSSSSSSS!!!! A big fish hit my line and it was pulling very hard., I’ve faught fish bigger than that but its still a very fun thing to do. I was fighting it for about 30 minutes. It gets to the boat and we got it in. That was just the beginning. We were fishing for a whole weak and having a great time.

8. WRAPPING IT ALL UP  We are done with our week and we are going home with tons of fish. It was a very fun experience for me to go down to Mexico to fish. My dad has always had a boat and we always go fish for big fish.  The reason we went to Loreto is because the fishing down there is a lot more fast pace. Now I will continue catching more fish in San Diego like I’ve been doing since I was 6.
