The Bosu ball is perfect for balance and strengthening. We will use to this to work on the students balance and strengthen of muscles while the students get medicine balls tossed at them will the balance on one foot.

The Medicine ball is used to strengthen a persons stability, to work on the core, and total body coordination. The students will use this with the Bosu ball while they are balancing and also for abs. The medicine ball will be 10 lb. for extra resistance.
