7 Homework; Pizza research sheet.
Pizza, like so many other foods, did not originate in the country for which it is now famous. Unless you have researched the subject, you, like so many people, probably always thought Pizza was strictly an Italian creation. The foundations for Pizza were originally laid by the early Greeks who first baked large, round and flat breads which they "anointed with oil, herbs, spices and Dates."

8 Pizzas on the market

9 Who would eat these? Cheese & tomato Pancetta and fig Mixed vegetable

13 FINAL IDEA Draw out chosen idea larger on A3 paper. Label with ingredients used, and explain why you have chosen it and not the others, in detail. Include size and record measurements on design. Use your specification when explaining idea. For example, I have chosen this idea and not the others because it is appetising, includes a range of toppings which would be appealing to a teenager, it is not already in the supermarkets, it is an unusual shape. It would also be quite a challenge to make. The other ideas, are not as appetising and there are already similar to ones on the market today. Look at ways of developing this idea. mushroom spinach
