Peering: You agree to exchange local traffic
Internet Peering Peering Peering, voluntary interconnection between two ISP for the purpose of exchanging traffic between the customers of each network. Peering is not transit, customer from ISP 1 cannot access the internet via ISP2, not can ISP1 use ISP 2 in case the internet is “down” Peering: You agree to exchange local traffic ARIN – Halifax
