Popmoney To use Popmoney, you must first be signed up for Online Banking, Enroll for Mobiliti, and Enroll for Bill Pay To sign up for Online Banking –Go to our homepage www.communitybank.org –Click on “Personal Enrollment” or “Commercial Enrollment” under Online Access –Click “I Agree” in the lower right hand corner –Complete the enrollment form –Click “Submit” in the lower right hand corner To Enroll for Mobiliti –Go to our homepage www.communitybank.org –Follow the simple 6 step process OR –Watch the video tutorial To Enroll for Bill Pay –Go to our homepage www.communitybank.org & Login under Online Access –Click on “Bill Pay/Check Free” on the left hand side of the accounts screen –Review Terms & Conditions and click “I Agree” –Review and update Enrollment Screen as necessary and click “Submit”

Electronically send funds to people Once you are set up with Bill Pay in Online Banking, you will be able to send funds to others electronically with your Touchbanking app as well as online banking! You can send money via mobile, email, or directly to account You are able to add contacts and send them funds via text message or email through the Popmoney function in the app. Valid entries are required or you will not be able to proceed Popmoney

Step 1: Add a New Contact Online –Login to your Online Banking account and click the Bill Pay/Check Free icon on the left hand side –Under “Popmoney” tab, click the “Contacts” tab, and click “Add a Contact” Mobile Banking App –Login to your account –Tap “Payments”, then “Pay Other People”, then “Send Money” Popmoney

Step 1: Add a New Contact Online –Enter contact information to receive payments via email or mobile phone (example below) OR –Enter contact information to receive payments directly to their bank account Mobile Banking App –Tap “Select Contact” and then “Add New Contact” –If contact already exists, enter payment details and tap “Continue” Popmoney

Step 2: Payment Information Online –Enter payment information –Scroll to bottom of screen and click “Continue” Mobile Banking App –Enter your payment details –Tap “Continue” Popmoney

Step 3: Verify Payment Online –Confirm payment information (cancel or edit if information is not accurate) –Click “Send Payment” Mobile Banking App –Confirm payment information –Tap “Yes” if you want to proceed or tap “No” if you wish to edit Popmoney

Step 4: Payment Confirmation Online –Your payment information will appear –You can also print the payment confirmation Mobile Banking App –Your payment information will appear Popmoney

Step 5: Notification—Depending on the method of payment you selected Text—The recipient will receive a text notification with details of the transaction Bank Deposit—The recipient will receive an email notice only if entered in the payment information screen Popmoney
